Near the pool, there is a covered area for outdoor dining. The house's porch features typical Menorcan built-in sofas. And in the other part of the house there is 1 double bedroom (2 single beds) with ceiling fan, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet and the laundry room.
First Floor: 1 master bedroom (1.60m) with air conditioning and en-suite full bathroom and 1 master bedroom (1.50) with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace with beautiful views of the countryside.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
Annex Cottage for 2 people:
Located 100m from the main house: porch, living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and small kitchen.
