The outdoor area of this property is very spacious, has a lot of charm and has a beautiful garden. The pool (4m x 8.5m) is surrounded by sandstone flooring and there are also large areas of grass around it. It has different rest areas, all comfortable and well furnished. On the porch of the living room there is a table with chairs to eat in the shade, and two areas with comfortable furniture to relax. Additionally, in the pool area, there is another porch with a table with benches and a barbecue.

This beautiful typical Menorcan house is located in the lovely rural setting of S'Uestrá / Biniali, very close to the town of Sant Lluís, where you can find all kinds of services (shops, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy). The beaches of Binibeca and Binissafúller are about 5 minutes driving. It is essential to have a vehicle.

And in the other part of the house there is 1 double bedroom (2 single beds) with ceiling fan, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet and the laundry room.
First Floor: 1 master bedroom (1.60m) with air conditioning and en-suite full bathroom and 1 master bedroom (1.50) with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace with beautiful views of the countryside.
