This attractive country house is located at the end of a small country lane leading off the road from Sant Lluís to Binisafúa. It is a 2 minute drive from the beach at Binisafúa and less than 10 minutes from Binibeca beach. Sant Lluís town is a 5 minute drive away and the journey from the airport to the house takes only 15 minutes. Vehicle is necessary.
Exterior:
The property has a very large and charming garden. A small country lane leads to a shaded parking area at the front of the house. The swimming pool, measuring 4m x 8.5m is at the rear of the property and is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and lawn gardens. By the pool there are two porches for relaxing and taking in the beautiful sea views. The first porch is connected to the kitchen and lounge, furnished with table and chairs and outdoor sofas, the second porch is connected to the annexe and has a stone barbeque and benches and table for al fresco dining.
