Villa Esther is located on the second line of the sea in the prestigious area of Cap d'en Font, 5 minutes walking from the beautiful beach of Binisafúa. The other beaches in the south (Binidalí, Binibeca, Punta Prima) are 5 minutes by car, as well as the town of San Luis, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc). The capital, Mahón, is about 10 minutes by car.
Exterior:
The house has a swimming pool and two porches for outdoor living. One located at the front of the house and another at the back. Both porches are equipped as a dining area and living area in summer.
With access via an exterior staircase, on the first floor, there is a spacious terrace with views, fitted with built-in sofas, sun loungers and a breakfast table.
Interior:
Ground floor: living room with air conditioning (cools the entire ground floor), kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 double room with two single beds and 1 room with bunk beds but only the bottom bed in use, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
First floor: 1 main bedroom with air conditioning and beautiful sea views with a double bed, 1 en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace with sea views.
