Bars, restaurants and souvenir shops are very close. The village of Sant Lluís is about 7 minutes driving and there is a bus line to Mahón.

The house has a spacious porch with partial sea views, furnished with a table and built-in benches for eating in the fresh air. The swimming pool (8m x 4m) has built-in steps to access it and is surrounded by grass and sunbathing terraces. The garden features a large lawn area.
Interior:
The house, well-maintained and with comfortable furniture, is distributed on a single floor. There is an annex with independent access.
