The different beaches in the south, Calan Porter, Punta Prima, Binisafúa and Binibeca, are also 10 - 15 minutes by car. Having a vehicle is essential.

The property has two terraces, one next to the pool and the other in front of the house. The design pool has Roman stairs along its entire side, and is surrounded by dry wall on the other side. The terrace in front of the house has a pergola with a table and two built-in benches for outdoor dining.
