This house is located in Son Ganxo, a small and quiet urbanization with access to the sea (300 meters) and the small and beautiful cove of Biniancolla (10m walking from the house).
About 10 minutes by car you will find the renowned beaches of the southeast of Menorca: Binibeca, Punta Prima and Binisafúa.
The picturesque town of Sant Lluís is 5 minutes away by car where you will find all kinds of services (shops, restaurants and bars). Mahón (capital of Menorca) is 10 minutes away by car.
EXTERIOR
The outside area of the house The house has two large areas: a large terrace on the ground floor and a solarium on the upper floor.
On the ground floor you will enjoy a large terrace with an infinity pool where you can enjoy the sea views and make life or rest outside. It has high-end outdoor furniture to enjoy the pool, read, chat and have lunch/dinner “al fresco”. This large terrace is accessed through the living room, kitchen and a bedroom.
On the upper floor there is a large solarium with barbecue and chill-out area.
INSIDE
The house is very comfortable and spacious (250m2) to live in since all the rooms are on one floor.
All rooms (bedrooms, living room and kitchen) have air conditioning.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Distribution: from the entrance to the house there is access to a large living room - dining room with direct access to the terrace and with sea views. The kitchen, separate from the living room, also offers sea views and has access to the terrace where there is an outside dining area. From the entrance hall there is access to 2 symmetrical master-suite rooms with a King size bed (200cm) and a bathroom with shower en-suite each. With direct access to the terrace and with beautiful views of the sea, there is 1 bedroom with a King size double bed (200cm) with exterior access to 1 bathroom with shower that is shared with 1 double bedroom (180cm). The fifth room is on the other side of the living room, near the kitchen and has a double bed (180) cm. Also in this area we find 1 bathroom with shower.
