Situation:
The Ses Tanques urbanisation is located in Es Canutells, in the southeast of the island, about 10 minutes walking from the beach, and less than 10 minutes by car from the town of San Clemente, where you will find bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The other beaches in the south (Binidalí, Binisafuller, Binibeca, Punta Prima and Alcaufar) are also 5 to 10 minutes by car, as is the capital, Mahón, with the largest natural port in Europe.
Exterior:
The community pool is very large and has fantastic sea views.
Villa Oriol has three terraces, one at the entrance, another accessed from the living room (with built-in sofas and a table to eat in the shade) and another on the first floor. As it is a first-line property, these last two terraces enjoy magnificent sea views, and enjoying the sunset is also wonderful.
The urbanisation also has a room with internet access.
