This private estate (of around 120 hectares) is located on the road from Mahón to Fornells, very close to Arenal d'en Castell beach and the natural port of Addaia. From the property, it is very easy to visit the virgin beaches of the north of the island (Favaritx, Cavallería, Pregonda), and its proximity to both the port and city of Mahón and the fishing port of Fornells will allow you to visit these lively places and enjoy their renowned restaurants. It is essential to have a vehicle.

The farmhouse buildings have been renovated maintaining the typical characteristics (clay-type floors, exposed beams, old walls, etc.) and incorporating the necessary comforts for modern living.
