Situation:
This private estate, whose real name is "Es Llogaret", has a large plot of land and is located 3km along a paved rural road from the town of Alaior, where you can do your shopping and find various craft shops and production centres of the famous Mahón Cheese. Beaches, both from the south and north, are less than 15 minutes driving, as well as the city of Mahón. It is essential to have a vehicle.
Exterior:
Although dating from the 19th century, it has been completely renovated, maintaining its original structure and typical Menorcan style. The exterior area is pleasant and spacious, with views of the prehistoric monument of Torre d'en Gaumés. On one side, next to the main facade, there is a built-in barbecue, with a built-in table to eat in the shade. On the other side, there is a natural shade area (wild olive trees) next to the kitchen door, with a table and wooden benches. Here there are also children's games (swings and slide). The pool (11m x 6m, and purification by electrolysis) has a special fenced area for children, is surrounded by grass and there is also a table with chairs under the pergola. In this area there is also a bathroom and a shower. Likewise, there is a paved area with a basketball hoop and another covered area to shelter two cars. A hiking route has also been adapted, which circumnavigates within the same property a route of about 1,500 metres.

The house has two floors and is very well decorated with numerous details and restored furniture, including a period piano in due condition for use.
