This modern villa is situated at the top of a hill in the tourist urbanization Santo Tomás, and boasts spectacular panoramic views stretching from Bini Gaus to Son Bou beach. Santo Tomás and Bini Gaus beaches can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car, as can the local restaurants, bars and shops. The typical Menorcan towns Alaior and Es Mercadal are 10 minutes drive away and the journey from the airport to the villa takes approximately 20 minutes. Vehicle is necessary.

The property is surrounded by a small pine forest, providing complete privacy and tranquillity. There are various furnished terraces on both levels of the property that are ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and al fresco dining. There is a jacuzzi next to the long swimming pool (9m), which has roman steps and is heated for the cooler months.
