LOCATION
This house is located in Punta Prima, a quiet tourist area with a white sand beach and turquoise blue waters. The beach is only 50 meters from the house.
Punta Prima has many bars and restaurants located 100 meters from the house.
About 10 minutes by car you will find other well-known beaches in the southeast of Menorca: Alcaufar, Binibeca and Binisafúa.
The picturesque town of Sant Lluís is 5 minutes away by car where you will find all kinds of services (shops, restaurants and bars). Mahón (capital of Menorca) is 10 minutes away by car.
EXTERIOR
The outside area of the house The house has two terraces: a large terrace on level 1 with direct access from the living room and kitchen, and a sun terrace on level 2 with spectacular sea views.
On the terrace of level 1 you will enjoy the views of the sea and you can make life or rest outside. It has high-end outdoor furniture to enjoy the views, read, chat and have lunch/dinner “al fresco”.
On the solarium terrace on level 2 (separate access) you can sunbathe on loungers watching beautiful views of the sea.
INSIDE
The house is divided into two levels (ground floor and level 1).
The main rooms are on level 1 which is accessed by an external staircase to the terrace and an internal one from the rooms. On this level 1 floor, the center is the large terrace with furniture and beautiful views of the turquoise sea of Punta Prima. From the terrace there is access to a large kitchen and the living room with TV. From the living room there is access to 1 bedroom with a double bed with stunning sea views. This room has a bathroom with shower en-suite.
All the other rooms are located on the ground floor: 3 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with a bunk bed, 4 bathrooms with a shower and 1 toilet.
