Location:
Villa Bini Pau is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island. The town is ideal for families and offers a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful bay with crystal clear water is 1 minute walk from the villa. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car and the capital town, Mahon, is also only 10 minutes drive.
Exterior:
This villa is situated on the promenade on the cliff edge and boasts wonderful sea views.At the front of the house, connected to the lounge, is a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The swimming pool is at the rear of the property and is surrounded by sunbathing terrace.
Interior:
The property was completely refurbished in 2018, in keeping the the traditional Menorcan architecture. The furniture is modern and comfortable, and all rooms are distributed over three floors:
First Floor (entrance floor): lounge/dining room connected to covered terrace with sea views, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.
Second Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Lower Floor: 2 double bedrooms.
