Pleasant and spacious villa with a large garden with pool near the beach of Binisafúller.
LOCATION
Villa ELENA is located in the urbanization of Binisafúller, a 5-minute walk from the beach, where you will also find two bars/restaurants. Other beaches in the southeast (Binidalí, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) as well as the town of Sant Lluís, where you will find all kinds of services, are about 10 minutes away by car. The capital, Mahón, with its beautiful natural harbour, is less than 15 minutes' drive away.
EXTERIOR
Large garden with lawn, swimming pool and shaded space with comfortable furniture to relax and eat "al fresco". The house has a large built-in barbecue.
INTERIOR
The interior of the house is very spacious and comfortable. The different rooms are on two floors.
Ground Floor: living-dining room open to an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
First Floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, shower bathroom en-suite shower and individual terrace in each room.
NOTE: Due to the proximity of the airport runway, planes can be heard when taking off/landing. It is not an annoying noise at all since we have several houses in this area, but we want to warn you of this fact.
