Cala´n Porter beach is 5 minutes by car, and other south coast beaches, Son Bou and Binibeca, can be reached within 15 minutes. Sant Climent village is just 5 minutes drive away and the journey from the airport takes 10 minutes. Vehicle is necessary.

The house is completely private with gardens, outbuildings and fields surrounding the property. The property is south facing with a pine tree field in front of the property, creating a large area of natural shade. To the right of pine trees is the swimming pool (approx. 9m x 4m) surrounded by limestone terraces and a grass lawn. There is a driveway to the front of the house and a parking area for a number of vehicles at the back.
