Cala´n Porter beach is 5 minutes by car, and other south coast beaches, Son Bou and Binibeca, can be reached within 15 minutes. Sant Climent village is just 5 minutes drive away and the journey from the airport takes 10 minutes. Vehicle is necessary.

The property is south facing with a pine tree field in front of the property, creating a large area of natural shade. To the right of pine trees is the swimming pool (approx. 9m x 4m) surrounded by limestone terraces and a grass lawn. There is a driveway to the front of the house and a parking area for a number of vehicles at the back.
