This traditional Menorcan country house is located close to Alaior, a town where one will find all local amenities (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc.). As the town is situated in the centre of the island, both north coast beaches (Pregonda, Binimelá, playas de Fornells, Arenal d’en Castell) and south coast beaches (Santo Tomás, Binigaus, Son Bou, Calan Porter) can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The capital Mahon, with its natural harbour and variety of bars, restaurants and shops, is 10 minute drive from the property. Vehicle is necessary.
Exterior:
The house is built on a 30 hectares plot at the top of a hill, and boasts wonderful views over Alaior. The 2000m2 gardens consist of a grass lawn, various terraces with garden furniture and a putting green. The heated swimming pool is enclosed within a glass conservatory that can be completely opened up to the exterior during the summer months. Next to the pool there is a small Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and a shower room.

The house is 1000m2 built and distributed over two floors.
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room, library, conservatory with stone barbeque, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom exterior access, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
